Welcome to my web design portfolio
My name is Chris Santiago, and this site is a showcase of the skills and techniques I've developed while taking COP4813 Web Design 1 course at Daytona State College. The course is focused on creating dynamic, accessible, and well-structured websites, emphasizing both design and functionality.
What You'll Find in My Portfolio:
- Responsive & Accessible Designs – Built with XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript, my designs follow best practices for ADA accessibility, ensuring an inclusive user experience across all devices and platforms.
- Client-Side Interactivity – Using JavaScript and DHTML, I’ve added interactive elements that enhance usability and engagement.
- Structured & Scalable Code – I employ XML, XSL, and other web technologies to create clean, efficient, and well-structured websites.
- Server Deployment – Each project has been deployed in a server environment, ensuring it’s fully functional and optimized for real-world use.
This portfolio is the culmination of a hands-on project that demonstrates the course’s focus on XHTML, CSS, client-side scripting, and designing for modern browsers and mobile platforms.
Feel free to explore my projects and see how I've applied the concepts of web development, from creating user-friendly interfaces to deploying websites in server environments.
